Condition Requirements
Your receipt of a quote or order confirmation indicates that Mint Golf will pay full value for the golf clubs and/or golf equipment if Mint Golf receives the items in the condition specified. Shipping and/or transferring possession of your golf clubs and/or golf equipment to Mint Golf confirms that you are accepting our price and trade-in rules/information. Price and trade-in rules/information can be found on the quote or upon request from a Mint Golf staff member. Mint Golf’s quote is valid for seven calendar days. To receive full payment, all golf clubs and/or equipment must be authentic. Any fake or counterfeit goods are not accepted and will be returned at owner’s expense or discarded. If applicable, please include head cover and wrench with golf equipment. Mint Golf is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages during any shipment. It is the seller’s responsibility to make sure golf equipment is safely and securely packaged before shipment.
Accuracy of Information
Mint Golf attempts to ensure that the Site’s information is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, the information on this Site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. We make no representation as to the completeness, accuracy or currentness of any information on this Site. For example, products included on this Site may actually carry a different price than that stated on the Site. In addition, we may make changes in information about price without notice. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
Payment
Payment will only be made for golf clubs and/or golf equipment that meets our equipment requirements, as listed above. If the golf clubs and/or golf equipment does not meet the terms and conditions, Mint Golf will adjust the club’s value accordingly. In-person transactions will receive immediate payment when Mint Golf takes possession of the equipment.

All content, including text, images, logos, concepts and technology on this site are the exclusive property of and owned by Mint Golf and are protected by trademark laws. No content may be used or copied without the express consent of Mint Golf. Termination
You or Mint Golf may suspend or terminate your account or your use of this Site at any time, for any reason or for no reason.
